ABSTRACT

RESUMO As caracterTsticas do teletrabalho podem contribuir tanto para o aumento quanto para a diminuiÜNo do estresse do trabalhador. Este estudo buscou identificar os preditores de estresse, em termos de vantagens e desvantagens do teletrabalho, recursos e demandas psicossociais relacionados ao trabalho e interaÜNo trabalho-famTlia, entre servidores da JustiÜa Federal do Rio Grande do Sul que desenvolvem teletrabalho. Os 130 participantes responderam o question¯rio de dados demogr¯ficos e laborais, escala de estresse percebido, vantagens e desvantagens do teletrabalho, recursos-demandas do trabalho e interaÜNo trabalho-famTlia. An¯lise de regressNo linear m?ltipla identificou um modelo preditivo de estresse composto pelas vari¯veis de interaܞes trabalho-famTlia e famTlia-trabalho negativas, autoefic¯cia e sobrecarga. Os resultados apontam fatores de risco e proteÜNo para o estresse entre teletrabalhadores. Ressalta-se a necessidade de legislaÜNo laboral nacional que regulamente o teletrabalho, de forma a configur¯-lo de maneira mais concreta, permitindo aܞes visando Ë sa?de dos trabalhadores


ABSTRACT Features of telecommuting can contribute to both increasing and decreasing worker stress. This study aimed to identify stress predictors, in terms of advantages and disadvantages of telecommuting, psychosocial demands and resources related to work and work-home interaction between employees from Federal Court of Rio Grande do Sul who develop telecommuting. The 130 participants answered: the questionnaire of demographic and laboral data, perceived stress scale, advantages and disadvantages of telecommuting, psychosocial demands and resources related to work, perceived self-efficacy and work-home interaction. Multivariate linear regression analysis identified a stress predicted model composed of the variables of negative work-family and work-family interactions, self-efficacy and overload. Results point out risk and protection factors related to stress among teleworkers. It is important to highlight the need for national labor legislation to regulate teleworking, to configure it in a more concrete way, allowing actions to aim at workers' health
